Only one account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. taka baje will not be liable for any loss resulting from sharing your account details with others.

Identity Verification

taka baje follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure the security and integrity of the platform. Users may be required to submit documents to confirm their identity.

Verification may typically require a copy of a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence. Verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal request is processed or when certain transaction limits are exceeded.

Deposits and Withdrawals

taka baje offers deposit and withdrawal services for Bangladeshi users through mobile banking methods.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5.2 Minimum Amounts

5.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, if a verification process is ongoing or in unusual circumstances, this time may be somewhat longer.

5.4 Transaction Conditions

• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.
• Deposits or withdrawals through a third party are strictly prohibited.
• Incorrect transaction details may cause delays in processing.
• Any suspicious transaction may be immediately suspended for investigation.

Bonuses and Promotions

taka baje offers various bonuses, of which the welcome bonus is the most significant. Each bonus has specific conditions, and failure to meet them may result in the bonus being cancelled.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

taka baje gives a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. To use this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times — meaning ৳24,000 in total bets is required for a ৳1,200 bonus.

6.2 VIP Cashback

taka baje maintains four VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback is available at each level — Bronze up to 0.3%, Silver 0.6%, Gold 0.9%, and Platinum 1.2%. Cashback is calculated based on the week's net loss. Example: a Gold member with a ৳20,000 net loss in a week receives ৳180 cashback (৳20,000 × 0.9%).

6.3 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games — each offer may specify a list of qualifying games.
• Multiple bonuses may not be used at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• Bonuses have a limited validity period — unused bonuses will be automatically removed after expiry.
• taka baje reserves the right to change or cancel the conditions of any bonus offer at any time.

Gaming Rules

The following rules apply when playing any type of game on taka baje. These rules are in place to ensure a fair and proper gaming environment.

7.1 Game Outcomes

All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is shown on the game information page — this is a long-term theoretical return rate, not a guaranteed result for any individual round.

7.2 Technical Issues

If an internet connection drops or a technical error occurs during a game, the game can generally be resumed from where it left off. However, if an error leaves a game's outcome uncertain, taka baje will review the technical records to make a final decision, and that decision will be considered conclusive.

7.3 Sports Betting

In sports betting, a bet cannot be changed once it has been confirmed. If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet is generally refunded. In any dispute regarding a match result, the announcement of the relevant official governing body for that sport will be considered final.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are completely prohibited on the taka baje platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in account closure and forfeiture of the balance:

• Using any form of fraudulent activity, software, or automation tools.
• Creating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonus benefits.
• Attempting to influence game outcomes through fraudulent means.
• Using the platform to harass, deceive, or harm other users.
• Using platform transactions for illegal money laundering.
• Betting on behalf of a third party or for any commercial purpose.
• Helping an underage person access the platform.

Account Closure and Suspension

9.1 Closure at User's Request

Any user may close their account of their own accord. Before making the request, ensure there are no active bets or pending withdrawals. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed.

9.2 Suspension or Closure by taka baje

taka baje reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• A request from law enforcement or a legal obligation.

Limitation of Liability

Services provided through the taka baje platform are offered on an "as-is" basis. taka baje accepts no liability for the following:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure.
• Situations arising from software issues with third-party game providers.
• Loss resulting from a user keeping their account credentials insecure.
• Unforeseen natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances.

In any dispute, taka baje's server records will be considered conclusive evidence.
